Change of mind returns
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase within 30 days, you need to return the product as original conditions and shipping fee is to be paid by you. CLSA does not accept change-of-mind refund for products which has been used under unsaleable conditions with free from manufacturing defects or faults.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you are unfortunately receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will organize replacement or refund upon requests and the shipping cost will be paid by CLSA.
